We work mainly by talking with you face-to-face, to make sure we fully understand your concerns and to ensure fairness and courtesy.

Volunteers and Staff

When you come to our reception desk on the first floor of the Rose Hill Community Centre, you will usually be met by one of our volunteer receptionists:

Then one of our trained staff will advise you. Our staff members are:

They will see you in a private interview room. Sometimes the staff will propose referring you to another charity which may be able to help you further.
