We measure and monitor our performance in a variety of ways, to ensure that we are providing both our clients and our funders with quality and value.

Volume of cases

We note the number of clients we see at our reception desk, which is usually in the range of 100-200 a month. Then we track the number of individual cases opened, in progress and completed. We expect to be working on over 500 cases a month.

Quality and value

The quality of our service is independently assessed to meet an Advice Quality Standard. We monitor the value of benefits and financial grants that we are able to achieve for our clients. This varies greatly, as is to be expected, but, as an indication, the figure for the period April 2022 to March 2023 was over £556,797.
